How long does shipping take?
Every Richou Christye rug is made to order, entirely by hand and without machines, so please allow time for the weaving.
- Production: 15 to 25 days
- Shipping: up to 10 to 15 days
In total, most orders arrive within 25 to 40 days. A handmade rug is worth the wait, because it is woven specifically for you by Moroccan artisans using traditional techniques.

Can I return a rug?
Yes, sure.
- Condition: The rug must be returned in new, unused condition.
- Damaged on arrival: If your rug arrives damaged, please take clear photos immediately, showing both the rug and the original packaging, and contact us right away. This lets us confirm the damage and resolve it quickly.
Do rugs shed?
Some shedding is normal for new wool rugs and decreases over time.
